What began in 2017 as a simple kitchen experiment quickly became the signature flavor of our family gatherings. In 2020, we shared a single post on Facebook asking if anyone wanted to try our "Sweet Heat"—and the response changed our lives forever.

We believe in the power of local roots. That’s why we’ve proudly partnered with Thomas Family Acres in Owensville, Indiana, to grow the vibrant peppers that give our sauces their soul. From our first shelf at J.L. Hirsch Supermarket in 2021 to our current professional bottling partnership in Louisville, we’ve scaled our reach without ever compromising our small-town integrity. Every bottle is a piece of our story, crafted to bring people together around the table.
